I determine the market value of your property in accordance with the Austrian 
"Liegenschaftsbewertungsgesetz(LBG)"  - Property Valuation Act  
according to the applicable procedures: 
§ 4 LBG - Market Approach Method for land, apartments,terraced houses, semi-detached houses
§ 5 LBG - Income Approach Method for commercially used properties such as apartment buildings, 
          office properties,commercial buildings, etc.

§ 6 LBG - Asset Cost Approach Method for owner-occupied residential properties such as single-family houses

Sales Process

I offer you a complete marketing concept for your property. This includes a current market price assessment 
based on the documents provided to me, including a handout, placing your property on the most important 
internet platforms, carrying out a selection of interested parties based on many years of experience, 
checking the liquidity of the prospective buyer by means of a financing commitment from a reputable bank, 
handling the viewings and assistance with the necessary official procedures up to the notarial signing of 
the purchase contract.

Property Search

For search clients, I offer my assistance in selecting and checking the price of properties to be acquired. 
For this service I agree on variable flat rates or hourly rates depending on the effort.
